Imaginet Open House Party was last night. For those of you not there, it was on the web cam. For those of you who missed the webcam, here's a shot of me and my man Yoshi chillin at the party.

Why do all video game sites suck so bad? Man, first, any decent site is just too small to be any good, not enough info, and there are really only a couple big sites, IGN and NGO being the main two. Well IGN is alright, but each section is done by fanboys so it's pretty biased shit, and NGO now has released DailyRadar.com, which is one of the worst sites I've ever seen. Ugh. I just want information and some images of games, in an unbiased, professional site. Shit, I if I had the money I'd make my own damn site. (grumble, grumble)

Ah, it's been a while. Not much is new. I went to SNC's Homecoming this weekend and it was fun, but mostly relaxing, which is what I needed. This city and job stress me out too much sometimes. I also got a Super Nintendo. Yeah, I know, I'm a little behind the times, but it's one of the few systems I don't own, so I picked it up off eBay. It's in really good shape which was hard to find. So I'm happy. Other than that, life is boring....

Well, you may be wondering where vitaflo has been these last week (and where I've been this last month). As for me, I've been very busy and thinking about the web is the last thing I want to do in my spare time (I also got a Dreamcast so that helps ;). As for vitaflo, the hard drive on Scully (our server) failed big time and thus we had to buy a new one and then reinstall everything. Luckly I was able to get everything backed up (or at least most of it). Does this mean you'll see new changes in vitaflo soon? Um, probably not real soon. Not too many ideas, and not too much time (or will). Someday my friends, someday.

I would just like to say Happy Birthday to the Internet. What a wonderful place you've become. (for those of you who don't know, today, the internet turns 30...believe it or not)

Well, Imaginet is finally moving out of the hell hole that is the Andersen Consulting building. Not that it's all that bad, but we have too many people for the space, and our new place is so much cooler. Anyway, I need to pack up everything of mine for the big move, so the web cam will be down for most of the weekend. Plus, the site itself will probably be down for a few hours on Sunday, as they move Scully (the box it runs on) over to the new place. Thank God it's Friday!

A few new things. First of all, I had my 5 year reunion this weekend. 60 out of the 100 kids I graduated with showed up. Needless to say, I was pretty impressed. It was a good time, and it was nice to see how people changed. But not a lot changes after 5 years except weight. Either you lost 30 pounds, or gained 50. Me, I've stayed the same since eighth grade.
The other thing is that I got my new Mac G3 finally, and my DSL is up and running as well. It's totally sweet. I'm very happy, though OS 8.6 seems to have a few minor problems with DHCP which suck, but that should be fixed soon. Otherwise, I'm sitting at home surfin the net at a cool 640k. Now I just need to buy some jumpers so I can overclock the damn machine....
